How a system gets built
Every engagement runs through the same four phases. We state the problem in one sentence that can be answered with evidence, build the smallest system that proves the approach, harden it for production, and operate it.
Design
We map the workflow as it runs today and define the question, hypothesis, and success measure before anything gets built.
Build and test
Every system runs against real work samples before launch. We agree on the success measure in advance, then report the result honestly, including failures.
Operate
We monitor the systems we build, fix what breaks, and keep them running as your data and tools change. Every system ships with a test harness, drift detection, and cost tracking as part of ongoing operation.
